We use the Personally Identifiable Information and Personal Health Information that you provide to determine if you are eligible for study participation, refer you to a study site if you are eligible and follow-up with you via telephone to determine if you have been contacted by the study site.

Aggregate Data
We will combine the information you provide with information from other visitors to The ROCKET AF Study Website to create Aggregate Data which does not contain any uniquely identifying information. We will share this Aggregate Data with the sponsor of The ROCKET AF Study, Johnson & Johnson and/or its consultants. We will periodically analyze this Aggregate Data and use what we learn to make improvements to The ROCKET AF Study Website. We may also share this Aggregate Data with our partners to assist them in better designing their websites or clinical trials.

Children
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Neither PAREXEL nor any of its services are designed or intended to attract children under the age of 18. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information from any person we actually know is under the age of 18.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will forward Personally Identifiable Information and Personal Health Information to The ROCKET AF Study Site running the clinical trial of interest.

We may be forced to disclose Personally Identifiable Information and Personal Health Information to comply with a law or regulation or in response to a search warrant, subpoena, or court order. In the event that we are legally compelled to disclose your Personally Identifiable or Personal Health Information to a third party, we will attempt to notify you unless doing so would violate the law or court order.
